GINA TARO “IS” VISUAL.

 

Photography runs in her veins. Both her father and grandfather were professional photographers working from France to New York to Hollywood. Her earliest memories are surrounded with cameras and darkrooms.

 

SHE WAS DESTINED TO BECOME A PHOTOGRAPHER.

 

She studied fine art photography at the university level, eventually taking degrees in photojournalism and social sciences. Both play an integral part in her ability to “put her finger on the pulse” of what is before her, allowing her to translate it visually.

 

Crossing all genres of subject, she is as comfortable and successful photographing national and international leaders, world corporate business and associations, professional sports, celebrities, the automotive industry, epicurean and sommelier masters, great architecture and elegant interior design as well as rites of passage.

 

She is published and exhibited nationally and internationally, and travels extensively. She teaches private and corporate photography seminars focusing on the power and passion of the medium. 

 

She resides in Carmel, California.
